A team that's always looking for ways to improve a product, service or process isn't lucky. It wins because continuous improvement is part of an organisation's culture.
Qase's platform helps businesses deliver higher-quality software faster by providing quality assurance (QA) testing, tracking, and reporting, so they are no strangers to the concept of continuous improvement.
Julia Cantavella shares her experience of Qase's culture. Their relentless pursuit of improvement is clear, but don't worry—they still recognise the importance of celebrating their successes along the way.

Darryl: Okay so Julia from Qase. I believe you've got a good story about continuous improvement and the happiness that it's brought to you and your team.
Julia: Yes, of course, to me, my team and also our customers. Because one of the latest features we released is called the Zero Traceability Matrix and what we do, so our application is test management software and we integrate with different applications to make our customers' lives easier when testing and one of the features we released lately is the Zero Traceability Matrix, and what we do is when a customer has JIRA integrated with Qase we can check which one of the requirements have a test case assigned so that you can see that you're covering all the requirements and that you're testing everything that matters and before that it had to be done manually so when we released this, this made life way easier for our customers andÂ
allowed them to make their work really really fast.
So, we received really good feedback and we believe that they were way happier after this continuous Improvement.
Darryl: Excellent and did you celebrate this result?
Julia: Yeah, we keep working so this is our job basically.
Other: Continuous improvement!Â
Julia: Exactly. We need to keep doing that of course. We, you, have to celebrate successes but you also have to keep in mind that there are always improvements to be made and we constantly work to make our product better and understand what our customers need. What do we have to do to keep improving and we, as you saw, we were already working on.
Darryl: So, I interrupted your work, that's right you were busy improving.
Julia: Improving, always improving. Â
Darryl: So sorry about that but thanks, thank you for sharing. That's great.
Julia: Thank you.
Darryl: Thank you
