Irina is a passionate servant leader who thrives on helping teams deliver their best work. Whether it’s rolling out psychological safety programs, introducing DevOps pipelines, or guiding organisations through “Project to Product” transitions, Irina always brings structure, clarity, and a human touch to the process.
