My Story
At Kaizenjoy, Darryl leads with a coaching mindset, supporting teams and leaders as they modernise, adopt better working practices, and build cultures of continuous improvement. Whether it’s running design sprints, launching communities of practice, or guiding executives through leadership development, he brings energy, empathy, and a deep toolkit of techniques.
He’s also the driving force behind the Peer Exchange dinner event, which celebrate meaningful connections between organisations. When he’s not collaborating with teams, you’ll likely find him hosting internal podcasts, experimenting with data-led approaches, or helping turn complex ideas into simple, actionable solutions.
